OTHER COSTS
Cleaning : 70 euro. The house is cleaned by a professional team and the cleaning of the swimming pool is included in the price.
It is preferred that you bring your own bed linen, otherwise you can rent them at 10 euros for a single bed or 20 euros for a double bed.
Energy costs: € 0,20 per kWh outside the peak season. In the off season, the owner takes 150 Kilowatts per week at his own expense because filtering the pool consumes a lot of electricity.
A deposit of 25% is required and a deposit of 75% a month before moving into the house. At that time a guarantee of 250 Euros must also be paid. For the high season (July + August) a 40% deposit is requested.
